Cyberpunk 2077 is a story driven, open world RPG of the dark future from CD PROJEKT RED, creators of The Witcher series of games.
In 2021 our internal Graphic Design Team at CD PROJEKT RED was tasked with developing Signage and Environmental Graphics for a new location in the Cyberpunk 2077 game expansion (Phantom Liberty, then unannounced), an abandoned science park showcasing a history of technological advancements in the world of Cyberpunk. We were provided with exciting concept art of the various buildings in the new area. Working closely with art direction from the concept art team lead, I started to develop sketches and concepts with a retro futuristic vibe. I'm showing here some of my concept proposals for the visual identity and signage. This was one of the most fun projects I worked on at CD PROJEKT RED and I enjoyed preparing all the materials (logos, signage, exhibitions icons and various environmental graphics).
